Angelina Jolie Jewelry Collection

Just ask their longtime friend Robert Procop -- the jeweler responsible for designing Angelina Jolie's engagement ring from Brad Pitt.

"Brad and Angelina are a very romantic couple," Procop, who met Jolie after dressing her for the Oscars years ago, told Us Weekly at a fete celebrating his Robert Procop Exceptional Jewels pop-up at the Grand in the South of France. (Procop is currently collaborating with Jolie on a jewelry collection, Style of Jolie, whose proceeds will go to Jolie's foundation, Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.) "They always knew they'd be together forever and get married one day, right from the start," he adds.

Despite being, oh, the most famous woman in the world, Angelina Jolie likes to keep a low profile (not too many mag covers, few red carpets, etc.). So we were slightly surprised to learn that the star will be exhibiting a jewelry collection bearing her own name, a collaboration called Style of Jolie, in the South of France this summer.

Women's Wear Daily reports that Style of Jolie, created in collaboration with jewelry designer Robert Procop, will go on display at the Grand Hotel in Cap Ferrat and Monaco's Hotel de Paris from July 15 through August 15. Procop worked with Jolie to create the limited-edition pieces and all the proceeds will go to Angie's charity of choice. (Brad, get that wallet ready...)

On working with Jolie, Procop told The Huffington Post, "She is a truly gifted artist and a pleasure to work with; she brings joy to everyone around her. It is an honor to work with someone who uses her talents to help the lives of so many."
An array of necklaces, earrings and bracelets worn by the actress at various movie premieres will hit the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat (Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat) and Monaco's prestigious Hotel de Paris concurrently between July 15 and August 15.

The movie star showcased her jewelry collaboration during an expo at Julien's Gallery in Beverly Hills back in April last year, while the new French exhibition is set to showcase some additional new jewels.
Over the years, Procop says both Jolie, 37, and Pitt, 48, have sought his help custom-making gifts for one another.

"Angelina came to me six years ago to create a pendant for Brad as a present," he reveals. "She's very clever and had this idea that it would be like an ancient tablet, and she researched it looking at old Chinese and Egyptian scripts . . . [it] has a love letter from him to her inscribed on it."

So naturally, when it came time to pop the question to the mother of his six children, Pitt turned to Procop for help designing a ring for his bride-to-be. (The final result is a piece of jewelry boasting an estimated 16-carat, emerald-cut diamond and worth approximately $500,000.)
